God, my creator, is sovereign. He created me in His [spirit] image. As such, He gave me sovereignty and free will, subject only to His sovereignty, i.e., His final judgment. Therefore, each of us is sovereign...up until the point that we voluntarily give it up.
The title to my rights is at the Declaration of Independence. It states, in part, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Said declaration has never been contested or refuted, and remains in full force and effect today as the title to my rights as a sovereign.
Everyone is a sovereign; however, it is my opinion that you can voluntarily give up your sovereignty, by contract, in two ways:
First, when a man voluntarily accepts a position as a public servant, he voluntarily surrenders his sovereignty to other men and women, temporarily, during the time in which he is serving in public office. For example, a police officer is a sovereign, just like you and me; however, when he goes to work at 8:00 a.m., he automatically becomes a public servant and surrenders his sovereignty. He is a public servant, not a sovereign, while on duty. When he gets off work at 5:00 p.m. and goes home for the day, he regains his sovereignty, and retains it until he goes back on duty as a public servant the next morning. Even if he is “on-call”, he is still a sovereign, up until the point that he resumes any of his duties as a police officer.
Second, when you claim to be a sovereign of the Republic of Texas, or a sovereign of one of the sovereign nations within the union of states known as the United States of America, but register and vote in another country’s election, i.e., the federal government/UNITED STATES, you are no longer a sovereign. You have voluntarily elected to be a citizen of the UNITED STATES, since you voted in their election of officers, and, as a citizen, you traded your rights for privileges. A sovereign cannot vote in a country that is foreign to his sovereign nation. When you vote for the President of the UNITED STATES, you have just voted in another country’s election. You have no right to vote for the President since, as a sovereign, you don’t live within the boundaries of the “ten mile square” area known as the District of Columbia. Because you voted in the UNITED STATES’ election and took on their citizenship, you have voluntarily surrendered your sovereignty and you have no right to claim sovereignty over the federal government. You can, however, regain your sovereignty by canceling your voter registration, withdrawing your signature from the application, and never voting in another corporate election. You should only vote in an election where the de jure offices, for your sovereign nation, are to be filled. The same principle would apply to those who join the military. If you join the military of the UNITED STATES, i.e., fighting for a country that is foreign to your sovereign nation, then you have, again, voluntarily surrendered your sovereignty.
A sovereign has the right to enter into contracts, whether on behalf of himself, or on behalf of his friend, or on behalf of a fiction/thing. He also has the right to act as a surety, by contract, for himself, or for a friend, or for a fiction/thing. Exercising one’s right to enter into various contracts, other than the two listed above, does not impair his/her sovereignty. These contracts may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Social Security contract to contribute to an annuity for 40 quarters, i.e., ten years, in return for the annuity proceeds to be paid back on a monthly basis after a certain date. Insurance companies sell these types of contracts everyday. The contract is with the fiction because corporate government can only deal with fictions; however, you can contract to make annuity contributions on behalf of the fiction if that is what you elect to do, i.e., acting as a surety.
Secondly, the Social Security contract does not void your sovereignty because you were compelled to enter into it by threat and/or duress, since you cannot get a job to support your family unless you enter this type of contract and produce a number to the employer.
2. Automobile Registration contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
3. Automobile State Inspection contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
4. Automobile Insurance contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
5. Driver License contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
6. Passport contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress in order to exercise your right to travel.
7. Mortgage Loan contract to buy a house on credit.
8. Title Insurance contract to insure title to the house
9. Survey contract on the house you are buying
10. Homeowner’s Insurance contract
11. Private Mortgage Insurance contract
12. Property tax contract in the Deed of Trust, i.e., adhesion contract
13. IRS Tax Return contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
14. W-4 Withholding contract, i.e., acting as a surety, by threat and/or duress
15. Employment contract
16. Medical Insurance contract
17. Life Insurance contract
18. Disability Insurance contract
19. Marriage contract
20. Birth Certificate contract
21. Contract with the COUNTY CLERK to file your documents
22. Trust agreements/contracts
23. Bank account contracts and credit card contracts
24. Bankruptcy contract by the fiction
25. Alleged contracts involving benefits, i.e., unemployment, disability, etc. – There is no such thing as a government benefit. That is simply propaganda that has been stuffed down our throats for years, and we have accepted it as being true. The truth is, government doesn’t have any money with which to pay any benefits. Any funds that the government has, come from the people. Any alleged “benefits” received from the government are our funds that we paid in, in the form of taxes. The created cannot give a benefit to the creator, nor is the creator subject to the created.
All of these contracts involve the fiction, not the sovereign, because government, being a fiction, can only deal with other fictions. The sovereign is simply acting in the capacity of surety, pursuant to his contract with the fiction, i.e., Security Agreement and UCC-1 Financing Statement. It is important to note that having these contracts, i.e., unilateral contracts bearing only one signature, may mean that the corporations now “claim” an interest in your property, i.e., a title insurance contract may impair your having allodial title or an automobile registration contract may impair your having either legal or equitable title to your car, but they do not impair your sovereignty.
Further, a sovereign cannot be compelled to enter into a contract in order to exercise his God-given rights, nor can government pass laws that impair a sovereign’s rights. Contracts entered into, by a sovereign, because of threat and/or duress of being incarcerated, or other limitation of his rights, are void contracts and do not impair his sovereignty. The same thing applies to adhesion contracts.

If you think you are, or you think you’re not, you’re right !!
