Kevin's Rules^©

Kevin's Rule #1:        "You should never use anything that you don't understand and agree with.  If you can't explain it to someone else, don't use it until you can!!"

Kevin's Rule #2:        "If you are a sovereign, you must think like a sovereign, act like a sovereign and speak like a sovereign.  You are the King, and the King doesn't ask permission from the public servants!!"

Kevin's Rule #3:        "Don't go into their Court.  It's not your Court!!  A sovereign doesn't submit himself to a private, administrative tribunal that operates on deception and presumption!!"

Kevin's Rule #4:        "Always do your own homework.  Verify everything.  Discern fact from error, truth from lies.  Never act based on someone else's claims!!"

Kevin's Rule #5:        "Always stay in honor!!"

Kevin's Rule #6:        "You determine whether or not you have received proper notice.  If you keep a presentment, you acknowledge you received proper notice and you are now liable.  If you return a presentment stating that you don't understand and asking a question, you void their notice!!"

Kevin's Rule #7:        "Always re-draw and return, within 3 business days of receipt, any offer of contract you receive that you don't want.  Your re-draw and return is your counter-offer of contract to them.  Never keep anything you get unless you specifically want it!!  If you do, you have a contract and you lose!!"

Kevin's Rule #8:        "Always follow-up on your paperwork!!"

Kevin's Rule #9:        "Always accept the public servant's Oath of Office!!"

Kevin's Rule #10:      "Think before you act, then sleep on it before mailing it"!!

Kevin's Rule #11:      "When talking with friends about the law, never give legal advice or act as an attorney by practicing law.  Only tell your friend what you would do if you were in their shoes!!"

Kevin's Rule #12:      "Never underestimate your enemy!!  Assume that he knows everything you know.  Look ahead.  Make a game plan with multiple options to counter his every move.  Anticipate his next move and pre-prepare your responses!!"

Kevin's Rule #13:      "You can't fix a leaky pipe if the only tool in your toolbox
