#6) Critical Update - The "Acceptance for Value" Process

 Why did your "Acceptance for Value" process not work??  This is a question many have asked over the past several months.

 There are several ways to successfully accomplish the redemption process, the most common being "Acceptance for Value".  Using this method may or may not work, depending on what you put in your paperwork, and who you are dealing with.  A really sharp attorney may have found holes in your documents that you didn't even think about, thus, he proceeded to ignore your paperwork.

 In this presentation, Kevin discusses what those holes might be.  He explains why the paperwork you generated behind your "Acceptance for Value" process may not be working and what you need to do in order to get it back on track.  He doesn't just tell you what he would do if he were in your shoes, but he shows you paperwork samples as he explains it on the video, then, he takes it one step further and includes those samples in a CD that you can use as a template for creating your own documents.

#8) The ABC's of Becoming the Trustee of Your Trust

 "The Banker" is back with his most powerful presentation yet.  Many of you have heard of the "Simple Social Security Trust" document that has been around for several years.  This could be one of the most important documents you put together, but only if you understand its powerful nature and how to take advantage of it.  Kevin Hines has spent over 6 weeks researching this document and correcting the errors it contains in order to make it say what it needs to say.  He spent nearly 2 hours in front of the video camera going over it, paragraph by paragraph, so you understand what the wording means and why that particular wording is added to or deleted from the document.

#9)The Six Witnesses for the Missing 13^th Amendment!

      The sample affidavits included in this package may be the most powerful template you have in getting any new case dismissed and/or causing it to simply disappear…without ever going to court or having a warrant issued for your arrest.  The missing thirteenth amendment says:

      "If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor; or shall, without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatsoever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

      A title of nobility includes, "JUDGE", "ATTORNEY", "ESQUIRE", "SPECIAL AGENT", etc.

      Kevin has spent the last 10 years searching bookstores for books containing the proof you need that the missing 13th Amendment was in fact ratified by 3/4 of the states.  He has spent hundreds of dollars and has found six books, i.e., witnesses that contain it.  He shares these "witnesses" with you and makes them a part of his sample affidavits.  He explains fully what the amendment means and cites examples of how it can be used.

#10) Protecting Your Property With Trusts!

            Over the past several months, I have had numerous conversations with sovereigns who needed an affordable trust in order to protect their private property.  I kept bugging Kevin to share his knowledge about trusts with others, until he finally said "O.K.".  Little did I know that he has been using trusts to protect his own property since about 1988.

           I thought he was going to put together a very simple presentation with a sample CD containing only a non-statutory (common law) trust, but to my surprise, he told me that he also wanted to include several sample documents needed to create some statutory entities since each person's situation is different.  So, the CD of sample documents, which you can use as a template for creating your own documents, includes: the non-statutory trust for cars, etc, a Life Insurance Trust, a Business Trust, a Children's Trust, a Funded Living (inter vivos) Trust for estate planning purposes, a Family Limited Partnership for your home, and a General Partnership.

            I have found that to have someone create just a trust document for you usually costs about $2,500, and I have heard of some men charging as much as $25,000 per document.  Kevin and I both believe that both figures are highway robbery and is no way to treat your fellow man.  This collection of documents is likely to be all you need in creating the buffers for protecting your property.

#11) Land and Titles, Part 1: Protection Documents!

Kevin and I have talked over the years about land, titles to land, etc.  Sometime ago, I suggested that he put all of his research on the subject into a presentation for others to share.  Since then, he has received numerous emails concerning foreclosures, seizures, etc. that touched his heart, and he knew he had to get his knowledge out to others.  However, knowing that he knew a lot about the subject wasn't good enough for him, so he held off until he could do further research for those "holes" that would eventually pop up.  In doing further research, Kevin found the subject matter getting bigger and bigger, week by week, and going out in all directions like a spider's web.  He finally concluded that the topic of land and titles could not possibly be done in one presentation, but would take as many as 3 to 4 presentations, or maybe eventually more.  Land and titles is a very complex subject and Kevin wants to do it right.

This is the first part on the subject, dealing with protection documents.  As Kevin explained, "If you don't have your protection documents in place before starting your fight, your odds drop dramatically."

These protection documents are not a "silver bullet", thus, Kevin does not recommend you "monkey with your mortgage or your property tax bill."  He said that there are still too many unanswered questions out there to take a chance on losing your house.  However, if you are currently in a fight or anticipate a fight on the horizon, you need to get your protection documents in place NOW!!

#12) Becoming the Trustee of God's Property

In a previous presentation, "the Banker" showed you how the "Simple Social Security Trust" document could be one of the most important documents you put together.  Kevin told me recently that the Holy Spirit "told him" through his heart that there is a far more important trust relationship that we all have, but few really recognize.  Each of us is the Trustee over the assets that God has entrusted us with.  God created everything and He owns everything.  We are the Trustee over His property.  As the Trustee, we have a duty, responsibility and obligation to be good stewards of God's property and not simply give it over to any alleged claimant that comes along without their verifying the validity of their claim.  This Trust Indenture gives you the authority you need to take control of those who may decide they would like to take God's property for their own benefit and self-enrichment.

#13) The Birth Certificate and Bond Process

When the government, in 1933, took away our money, i.e., gold coins, and started using credit, they passed HJR-192 which says they will pay our debts dollar for dollar.  There is this big pool of credit out there for everyone, but it cannot be accessed unless and until you have "created" or "accessed" your account, i.e., segregated your portion of that pool.  Kevin has heard of many different ways to "create" this account since 1991, but being a former banker, he knew that none of them were correct.  He recently saw Winston Shrout's version, which has been endorsed by Dr. Sam Kennedy, and immediately Kevin knew that they had hit on the correct formula.  Unfortunately, Kevin believes that the form attributed to Winston has been "monkey'd with" by someone in the government who wants to intentionally mislead people away from the truth.  With his banking knowledge, he has gone through and corrected these changes.  Dr. Kennedy was so impressed with Kevin's corrections that Dr. Kennedy implemented these corrections into the document disk that is given out to all of his Leadership Conference attendees.  Kevin spends over an hour on the video describing in detail every modification he has made, so you can make an intelligent decision about your document.

Kevin's Presentation #14 - Bonding Your Public Servants

 Special Note: You need package #13 first before getting this package #14.

Now that you have issued your Birth Certificate Bond to the Secretary of the Treasury and accessed your Private Offset Account/Private Exemption Account with the Department of the Treasury (See Kevin's Presentation #13 - The Birth Certificate Bond Process), you can now issue indemnity bonds in which you bond the actions of your public servants.  Once you bond a public servant, they are required to uphold your rights and remedies under their Oath of Office.  Bonding the Court, the Judge, the Case, the Attorneys, etc., etc., puts you in a position where you basically own the entire process.  The first public servant Kevin bonded was the Sheriff of the county.  As Kevin said, this isn't a silver bullet for winning, but is another tool in your toolbox.

 Kevin's Rule #13:  "You can't fix a leaky pipe if the only tool in your toolbox is a screwdriver!!"

 This is the follow-up presentation that Kevin promised you in his Presentation #13, and focuses on using your exemption to protect yourself by bonding your public servants.  As Kevin said, you must do step 1 by accessing your exemption account before you can use it to bond your public servants.  So, you must get Presentation #13 before you can use this presentation on how you can take advantage of this tool for protecting your rights and remedies.

 As always, Kevin recommends that you watch his presentations at least 6-7 times before deciding on the strategy and/or forms you choose to create in your particular circumstance.  Why??  Because every time you watch it, you increase your level of knowledge, and thus, as your level of knowledge increases with each viewing, you will begin to better understand some comments that you missed in previous viewings when you had a lesser level of knowledge.  Additionally, your mind will begin to see other ways in which you can use a particular strategy, i.e., thinking outside the box.  You will be amazed at how you will better understand the strategy, and be able to explain it to others.

Kevin's Presentation #15 - "Peace Bond - A Valuable Tool"

  Kevin recently attended his second Leadership Conference, presented by Sam Kennedy.  From that conference, the attendees learned the value of a Peace Bond from a man recently released from prison.  Since then, Sam has talked about the Peace Bond on his weekly Internet radio show.
